Return Policy

The purpose of this Return Policy is to give reassurance to customers when buying products on Xpressouq.

 

(1)   Any return request is subject to the approval of Xpressouq.

(2)   Return request must be made within 15 days of receipt shipment.

(3)   The table below sets out our return policy with respect to certain product categories:

Customer has received a wrong product or is not as described in the Site.

Customer has received a damaged product.

Product must be in its original and unbroken packaging and tags along with any accessories and free of charge items if applicable.

For Electronics, open products will be accepted only if it is different from description or picture displayed.

Customer has changed his mind.

For All Categories, product must be in its original and unbroken packaging and tags along with any accessories and free of charge items if applicable.

For Non-returnable Products, refer to clause 4.

(4)   Non-Returnable Products

Customer does not have right to return a product if:

  1. Product has been used or damaged by the customer. Not in the same condition as the customer received.
  2. Product is consumable which has been used or installed.
  3. Product with tampered serial number.
  4. Product is classified as hazardous goods.
  5. Product falls under specific categories, including consumables, personal care and health care, and any hygiene related products.

 

Warranty Policy

Xpressouq’s Warranty Policy helps the customer get covered in case of any defects in the product. The terms of the respective seller’s warranty will apply.

 

(1)   Any warranty claim request is subject to the approval of Xpressouq.

(2)   Warranty claim request must be made on or before the warranty period ends.

(3)   Customer is entitled to have a replacement or refund only if:

  1. Product is not repairable within a month.
  2. Product had 3 failed repair attempts with the same issue.
  3. Seller decided to replace the product or refund the amount of the product immediately.

(4)   There are certain conditions that the warranty will not be covered by the seller:

  1. Physical damage or abuse on the product made by the customer.
  2. Product repaired by someone that is not accredited by the seller.

(5)   All approved warranty claim requests are eligible for free shipping.

(6)   Customer must not forget the purchased product and all the accessories included during the pickup to avoid rejection from sellers’ end. Please make sure that the product is packed in its original box safely.

 

Note: Not all items on Xpressouq are covered by warranty and paid warranty plans, please recheck the product’s warranty before checking-out the order.
