Thank you for visiting and shopping at Xpressouq Portal. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
- All Orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, we will contact You via email or telephone.
- All orders of _______ and above are eligible for free delivery across UAE. Orders with less than _________ will have a nominal shipping charge considering the location of the customer.
- Once Your Order has shipped, You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. The customers can track their orders by signing-in and going to their orders under My Orders.
- Any disputes or refund claims on products that didn’t meet the customer expectation, should be raised with in return period itself. The warranty claims remain valid only if the dispute is accepted by the seller.
